And yes, my last name is pronounced "NO," but don't worry, I won't say no to sharing my experiences and insights with you. As a creative, author, and TEDx Talk enthusiast (with hopes of one day gracing that stage), until then, let’s continue to get to know each other—wink, wink. I have a few hobbies that I consider rad and worthwhile. I love the aesthetics of simplicity and live for serendipitous moments. I desire equilibrium, and crave the pulse of music through my ears. I find peace in the gentle sound of rain, inspiration in the world of art, and awakening through meditation. Through my experiences, I've learned valuable lessons that I can't wait to share with you!
I lost my voice to Vocal Cord Paralysis and lost myself for a while, but I didn't give up because I had no choice but to persevere and make the choice to keep elevating. I wanted to start a podcast, but I couldn't because of my condition. However, I found a way to express myself through this blog and help others. My ultimate goal is to help you find your way to a healthier, happier life. Through resilience, authenticity, and intentional choices. Whether it's through my personal stories, tips, or advice, I hope to inspire and guide you on your journey. So, let's get ready to embark on this journey together and see where it takes us!
